Bold & Beautiful Productions have created a streaming platform that showcases independent digital creators, filmmakers, musicians, Podcasters, AI creators, and other entertainment professionals. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 is required before the content review process begins.

The registration fee covers:

* Administrative processing
* Content review
* Creator profile setup (upon approval)

Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee acceptance onto the platform.

3. Content Submission & Review

All submitted content will undergo a review by Bold & Beautiful Productions before any approval or publication.

The Company reserves the right to:

* Approve or decline submitted content.
* Request edits or revisions before publication.
* Remove content that violates platform standards or applicable laws.

4. Content Standards

Creators certify that:

* They own or have the legal rights to all submitted content.
* Their content does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
* Their content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or obscene material.

Creators are solely responsible for any claims arising from the content they submit.

5. Compensation

At this time, participation on the platform is voluntary, and no monetary compensation, royalties, revenue sharing, or other financial incentives are being offered.

Bold & Beautiful Productions intends to evaluate the platform’s growth and monetization opportunities. The compensation structure will be reviewed approximately six (6) months after the Creator joins the platform.

If a revenue-sharing or compensation program is established in the future, eligible creators will be notified and offered a separate agreement outlining the updated terms.

6. License to Display Content

The Creator grants Bold & Beautiful Productions a non-exclusive license to:

* Stream the approved content.
* Promote the content through marketing and social media.
* Display trailers, promotional clips, thumbnails, and images related to the submitted content.

Ownership of the original content remains with the Creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Removal of Content

Either party may request the removal of content by providing written notice.

Bold & Beautiful Productions reserves the right to remove content immediately if it violates platform guidelines or legal requirements.

8. Independent Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the Company and the Creator.

9. Agreement Updates

Bold & Beautiful Productions reserves the right to update platform policies as the streaming service grows. Any significant changes affecting creators will be communicated in writing.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
